How To Get Hollow Knight True Ending
The reason we are here in the Resting Grounds is to get the Dream Nail and learn about 3 bosses we need to face. Head right until you find the shrine mask shrine in the picture. Interact with the shrine and a sequence will occur. In the sequence, you will be taken into a dream world with some minor platforming.
Get the Dream Nail. Battletech 100 ton mechs. The reason we are here in the Resting Grounds is to get the Dream Nail and learn about 3 bosses we need to face. Head right until you find the shrine mask shrine in the picture. Interact with the shrine and a sequence will occur. What I personally usually end up disliking in these kinds of games is the combat element. If it’s a drag to cross back through certain areas because it’s choked with trivial enemies, that’s really irritating. I don’t have that problem often in Hollow Knight (there are some exceptions). I don’t love the Souls-y death system much. At the end of this fight, the Hollow Knight returns as a Shade that rips open the Radiance's face, allowing the Knight to lash at her until she is eventually dragged into the Void and banished. After The Radiance is defeated, the Infection is purged and the Black Egg vanishes from the temple.
Finish the platforming and you will receive the Dream Nail. The Dream Nail allows us to collect Essence and access the Dream World. After you get the Dream Nail, you pass out and wake up near the Seer.Talk to the Seer to learn about Essence and leave. Halfway down in this room is the Stagway Station. Take the Stagway to Dirtmouth so we can grab the map (don’t really have to). Now that we’ve done this, there are a few miscellaneous things I recommend doing before we head to Ancient Basin.
Get the MapThe map for Resting Grounds can be bought back in Dirtmouth for 75 Geo. You can also buy new pins which mark Essence Trees and Warrior Graves. One quick correction: On page 14, you show dropping only down to the rectangular room with the centipedes, then immediately going left to the bench room. However, the first time you go to the area, that way is blocked – you can just go into the very edge of the room and you seem to be at a dead end. So instead you have to drop all the way to the spring, go left a big and climb back up to get to that bench. Once you get there you can go to the ‘blockage’ and a bit of floor will collapse, opening up the previously blocked passage.

If you see in the boss fight the left area with the wood, if you hit it 4-6 times you can escape to the other side,and come back around to fight the boss with VS(Vengeful spirit),and if you beat him to collect the chest come back quickly to see the mallet/ball at the end of his mace run away, i didn’t get to kill it but if anyone does please get back to me, this is my second run and i don’t wanna start a 3rd one, the only reason i’m doing it again is because i killed Marissa;. I realized how big of a mistake that was. And thanks to whoever made this walk through, You helped so much, hope my VS tip helped.
